SEC. 2631. AMENDMENT TO SECTION 903. Section 903(b)(2) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (as added by section 503 of the Health Omnibus Programs Extension of 1988) is amended by inserting “for executing this Act and” after “shall be responsible”.
