SEC. 2641. MISCELLANEOUS. If the bill, H.R. 4833, of the One Hundredth Congress, is enacted, and the Health Omnibus Programs Extension of 1988 has not been enacted, then title VIII of the Public Health Service Act is amended to read as if such H.R. 4833 had not been enacted. If the Health Omnibus Programs Extension of 1988 is enacted, and the bill, H.R. 4833, of the One Hundredth Congress, is subsequently enacted, then title VIII of the Public Health Service Act is amended to read as if such H.R. 4833 had not been enacted.
