The amounts set forth in the eighth proviso in the Diplomatic and Consular Programs appropriation in the fiscal year 2005 Departments of Commerce, Justice, State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act (Public Law 108–447, division B) may be subject to reprogramming pursuant to section 605 of that Act.
