MARLA RUZICKA IRAQI WAR VICTIMS FUNDSec. 2108. Of the funds appropriated by chapter 2 of title II of Public Law 108–106 under the heading “Iraq Relief and Reconstruction Fund”, not less than $20,000,000 should be made available for assistance for families and communities of Iraqi civilians who have suffered losses as a result of the military operations: Provided, That such assistance shall be designated as the “Marla Ruzicka Iraqi War Victims Fund”.119 STAT. 268
