(a) The matter under the heading “Water and Related Resources” in title II of division C of Public Law 108–447 is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “: Provided further, That $4,023,000 of the funds appropriated under this heading shall be deposited in the San Gabriel Basin Restoration Fund established by section 110 of title I of division B of the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 (as enacted into law by Public Law 106–554)”.(b) Section 110(a)(3)(A)(ii) of the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 (as enacted into law by section 1(a)(4) of Public Law 106–554) as amended is further amended by inserting the words “and maintain” after the word “operate”.
