Desalination Act extensionSec. 6015. Section 8 of Public Law 104–298 (The Water Desalination Act of 1996) (110 Stat. 3624) as amended by section 210 of Public Law 108–7 (117 Stat. 146) is amended by—(1) in paragraph (a) by striking “2004” and inserting in lieu thereof “2005”; and (2) in paragraph (b) by striking “2004” and inserting in lieu thereof “2005”.
