In division C, title III of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (Public Law 108–447), the item relating to “Department of Energy, Energy Programs, Energy Supply” is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “: Provided, That $2,000,000 is made available for the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences in Michigan: Provided further, That $825,000 is made available for research and development in California to advance the state of metal hydride hydrogen storage”.
