Notwithstanding the provisions of section 302 of Public Law 102–377 and section 4705 of Public Law 107–314, as amended, the Department may transfer up to $10,000,000 from the Weapons Activities appropriation for purposes of carrying out section 3147 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005, Public Law 108–375: Provided, That $825,000 is made available for cybersecurity at Department of Energy laboratories using the CimTrak technology.
