WATERSHED PROJECTS IN WEST VIRGINIASec. 5103. Of the amount provided to the Secretary of Agriculture under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (Public Law 108–447) for the Lost River Watershed project, West Virginia, $4,000,000 may be transferred to the Upper Tygart Watershed project, West Virginia, to be used under the same terms and conditions under which funds for that project were appropriated in section 735 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2004 (Public Law 108–199; 118 Stat. 36).
