FARM SERVICE AGENCYSec. 5104. The funds made available in section 786 of title VII of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2005 as contained in division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005 (Public Law 108–447) may be applied to accounts of Alaska dairy farmers owed to the Secretary of Agriculture.
