SEC. 1168. EVIDENCE-BASED APPROACHES. Section 1802 of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 is amended—(1) in subsection (a)(1)(B) by inserting “, including the extent to which evidence-based approaches are utilized” after “part”; and (2) in subsection (b)(1)(A)(ii) by inserting “, including the extent to which evidence-based approaches are utilized” after “part”.
