SEC. 104. WEB-BASED RISK MANAGEMENT DATA SYSTEM. There is authorized to be appropriated for each of fiscal years 2006 and 2007 to the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating $1,000,000 to continue deployment of a World Wide Web-based risk management system to help reduce accidents and fatalities.
