CONFORMING STORAGE FACILITIES

SEC. 2149. CONFORMING STORAGE FACILITIES Subsection (a) of section 2404(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1987 (division B of Public Law 99–661), is amended to read as follows: “(a) Authority to Construct.—The Secretary of Defense may, using not more than $10,000,000 appropriated for fiscal year 1987 pursuant to the authorization in section 2405(a) of this Act and not more than $5,000,000 appropriated for fiscal year 1988 pursuant to the authorization in section 2145(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act, 1988 and 1989, carry out military construction projects not otherwise authorized by law for the construction of conforming storage facilities.”.
