SEC. 2150. CONSTRUCTION OF A NATIONAL TEST FACILITY FOR THE STRATEGIC DEFENSE INITIATIVE Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Defense pursuant to section 201 for research, development, test, and evaluation for fiscal year 1988 in connection with the Strategic Defense Initiative program, not more than $70,000,000 may be used for the planning and construction of a National Test Facility for the Strategic Defense Initiative at Falcon Air Force Base, Colorado.
