DATABASE OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE CAPABILITIES.

SEC. 1406. DATABASE OF EMERGENCY RESPONSE CAPABILITIES. The Secretary of Defense shall maintain a database of emergency response capabilities that includes the following:(1) The types of emergency response capabilities that each State’s National Guard, as reported by the States, may be able to provide in response to a domestic natural or manmade disaster, both to their home States and under State-to-State mutual assistance agreements.(2) The types of emergency response capabilities that the Department of Defense may be able to provide in support of the National Response Plan’s Emergency Support Functions, and identification of the units that provide these capabilities.
