PURPOSE.
SEC. 1501. PURPOSE. The purpose of this title is to authorize estimated future emergency supplemental appropriations for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 2007 to provide funds for additional costs due to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
