SEC. 301. PURPOSE; ADMINISTRATION. Section 301(a)(2) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3021(a)(2)) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (D), by striking “and” at the end;(2) in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and(3) by adding at the end the following:“(F) organizations that have experience in providing training, placement, and stipends for volunteers or participants who are older individuals (such as organizations carrying out Federal service programs administered by the Corporation for National and Community Service), in community service settings.”.
