DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 302. DEFINITIONS. Section 302 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3022) is amended—(1) by adding at the end the following:“(4) The term ‘family caregiver’ means an adult family member, or another individual, who is an informal provider of in-home and community care to an older individual or to an individual with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder with neurological and organic brain dysfunction.”;(2) by redesignating paragraphs (2), (3), and (4) as paragraphs (4), (2), and (3), respectively; and(3) by moving paragraph (4), as so redesignated, to the end of the section.
