SEC. 303. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS; USES OF FUNDS. Section 303 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3023) is amended—(1) in subsections (a)(1), (b), and (d), by striking “year 2001” and all that follows through “years” each place it appears, and inserting “years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011”; and120 STAT. 2539(2) in subsection (e)—(A) in paragraph (1) by striking “$125,000,000” and all that follows and inserting “$160,000,000 for fiscal year 2007.”;(B) in paragraph (2), by striking “such sums” and all that follows and inserting “$166,500,000 for fiscal year 2008, $173,000,000 for fiscal year 2009, $180,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and $187,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.”; and(C) in paragraph (3)—(i) by striking “(2)—” and all that follows through “1 percent” and inserting “(2), not more than 1 percent”;(ii) by striking “shall” and inserting “may”; and(iii) by striking “section 376” and inserting “section 411(a)(11)”.
