SEC. 701. HEPATITIS; USE OF FUNDS. Section 2667 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300ff–67) is amended—(1) in paragraph (2), by striking “and” at the end;(2) in paragraph (3), by striking the period and inserting “; and”; and(3) by adding at the end the following:“(4) shall provide information on the transmission and prevention of hepatitis A, B, and C, including education about the availability of hepatitis A and B vaccines and assisting patients in identifying vaccination sites.”.
