SEC. 702. CERTAIN REFERENCES. Title XXVI of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300ff et seq.) is amended—120 STAT. 2820(1) by striking “acquired immune deficiency syndrome” each place such term appears, other than in section 2687(1) (as added by section 501 of this Act), and inserting “AIDS”;(2) by striking “such syndrome” and inserting “AIDS”; and(3) by striking “HIV disease” each place such term appears and inserting “HIV/AIDS”.
