SEC. 2201. AUTHORIZED ARMY CONSTRUCTION AND LAND ACQUISITION PROJECTS (a) Inside the United States.—The Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and may carry out military construction projects at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, in the amount of $28,100,000. (b) Outside the United States.—The Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and may carry out military construction projects at Vilseck, Germany, in the amount of $13,000,000.
