FAMILY HOUSING

SEC. 2202. FAMILY HOUSING (a) In General.—The Secretary of the Army may construct or acquire one hundred and twenty-eight family housing units (including land acquisition) at Fort Drum, New York, in the amount of $10,000,000. (b) Planning and Design.—The Secretary of the Army may carry out architectural and engineering services and construction design activities, using amounts appropriated pursuant to section 2204(a)(5)(A), with respect to the construction or improvement of military family housing units not to exceed $20,000,000.
