SEC. 804. REPEAL OF DISPOSITION OF SAVINGS PROVISION.(a) In General.—Section 3 of the Postal Civil Service Retirement System Funding Reform Act of 2003 (Public Law 108–18) is repealed.(b) Savings.—Savings accrued to the Postal Service as a result of enactment of Public Law 108–18 and attributable to fiscal year 2006 shall be transferred to the Postal Service Retiree Health Benefits Fund established under section 8909a of title 5, United States Code, as added by section 803 of this Act.
