EFFECTIVE DATES.
SEC. 805. EFFECTIVE DATES.(a) In General.—Except as provided under subsection (b), this title shall take effect on October 1, 2006.(b) Termination of Employer Contribution.—The amendment made by paragraph (1) of section 802(a) shall take effect on the first day of the first pay period beginning on or after October 1, 2006.
