SEC. 101. CUMULATIVE IMPACTS.(a) National Standards.—Section 301(a)(8) (16 U.S.C. 1851(a)(8)) is amended by inserting “by utilizing economic and social data that meet the requirements of paragraph (2),” after “fishing communities”.(b) Contents of Plans.—Section 303(a)(9) (16 U.S.C. 1853(a)(9)) is amended by striking “describe the likely effects, if any, of the conservation and management measures on—” and inserting “analyze the likely effects, if any, including the cumulative conservation, economic, and social impacts, of the conservation and management measures on, and possible mitigation measures for—”.
