Sec. 1100. (a) Permitting Waiver of Claims For Overpayment of Pay and Allowances.—Section 5584(g) of title 5, United States Code, is amended—(1) by striking “and” at the end of paragraph (5);(2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (6) and inserting “; and”; and(3) by inserting immediately after paragraph (6) the following new paragraph:“(7) the Congressional Budget Office.”.(b) Effective Date.—The amendments made by this section shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2006 and each succeeding fiscal year.
