Subsection (d) of section 105 (25 U.S.C. 1614) is amended to read as follows: “(d) There are authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this section— “(1) $300,000 for fiscal year 1989, “(2) $350,000 for fiscal year 1990, “(3) $400,000 for fiscal year 1991, and “(4) $450,000 for fiscal year 1992.”.
