NO-COST ACQUISITION OF FAMILY HOUSING

SEC. 2308. NO-COST ACQUISITION OF FAMILY HOUSING Section 2822(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(4) Housing units acquired without consideration, if— 101 STAT. 1217 “(A) the Secretary concerned provides to the appropriate committees of Congress written notification of the facts concerning the proposed acquisition; and “(B) a period of 21 days elapses after the notification is received by those committees.”.
