Commission of Fine Arts salaries and expenses For expenses made necessary by the Act establishing a Commission of Fine Arts (40 U.S.C. 104), $516,000. national capital arts and cultural affairs For necessary expenses as authorized by Public Law 99–190 (99 Stat. 1261; 20 U.S.C. 956a), as amended, $5,500,000: Provided, That Public Law 99–190 (99 Stat. 1261; 20 U.S.C. 956a), as amended, is amended further by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$7,500,000”.
