MILITARY ASSISTANCE Funds Appropriated to the President foreign military financing program For an additional amount for “Foreign Military Financing Program”, $302,500,000, which shall become available on October 1, 2008, and remain available through September 30, 2009, of which $100,000,000 shall be made available for assistance for Jordan, and not less than $170,000,000 shall be available for grants only for Israel and shall be disbursed not later than November 1, 2008: Provided, That section 3802(c) of title III, chapter 8 of Public Law 110–28 shall apply to funds made available under this heading for assistance for Lebanon. peacekeeping operations For an additional amount for “Peacekeeping Operations”, $95,000,000, which shall become available on October 1, 2008, and remain available through September 30, 2009.
