Sec. 323. Section 21 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78u) is amended— (1) by striking out “Wherever” in subsection (d) and inserting in lieu thereof “Whenever”; (2) by striking out “, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia,” in subsection (e); and (3) by striking out the second sentence of subsection (g).
