Sec. 324. Section 23(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78w(a)) is amended— (1) by inserting “or” before “any self-regulatory organization” in the last sentence of paragraph (1); and (2) by inserting “shall” after “section 19(b) of this title,” in paragraph (3).
