Institute of Education Sciences For carrying out activities authorized by the Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002, the National Assessment of Educational Progress Authorization Act, section 208 of the Educational Technical Assistance Act of 2002, and section 664 of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, $659,006,000, of which $588,356,000 shall be available through September 30, 2011: Provided, That funds available to carry out section 208 of the Educational Technical Assistance Act may be used for Statewide data systems that include postsecondary and workforce information and information on children of all ages: Provided further, That up to $10,000,000 of the funds available to carry out section 208 of the Educational Technical 123 STAT. 3270 Assistance Act may be used for State data coordinators and for awards to public or private organizations or agencies to improve data coordination, quality, and use.
