SEC. 2207. TERMINATION OF UNSUBSIDIZED STAFFORD LOANS FOR MIDDLE-INCOME BORROWERS. Section 428H (20 U.S.C. 1078–8) is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by inserting “that are first disbursed before July 1, 2010,” after “under this part”;(2) in subsection (b)—(A) by striking “Any student” and inserting “Prior to July 1, 2010, any student”; and(B) by inserting “for which the first disbursement is made before such date” after “unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loan”; and(3) in subsection (h), by inserting “and that are first disbursed before July 1, 2010,” after “July 1, 2006,”.124 STAT.1077
