SEC. 2208. TERMINATION OF SPECIAL ALLOWANCES. Section 438 (20 U.S.C. 1087–1) is amended—(1) in subsection (b)(2)(I)—(A) in the subclause heading, by inserting “, and before july 1, 2010” after “2000”;(B) in clause (i), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2000,”;(C) in clause (ii)(II), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2006,”;(D) in clause (iii), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2000,”;(E) in clause (iv), by inserting “and that is disbursed before July 1, 2010,” after “2000,”;(F) in clause (v)(I), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2006,”; and(G) in clause (vi)—(i) in the clause heading, by inserting “, and before july 1, 2010” after “2007”; and(ii) in the matter preceding subclause (I), by inserting “and before July 1, 2010,” after “2007,”;(2) in subsection (c)—(A) in paragraph (2)(B)—(i) in clause (iii), by inserting “and” after the semicolon;(ii) in clause (iv), by striking “; and” and inserting a period; and(iii) by striking clause (v); and(B) in paragraph (6), by inserting “and first disbursed before July 1, 2010,” after “1992,”; and(3) in subsection (d)(2)(B), by inserting “, and before July 1, 2010” after “2007”.
