SEC. 353. BANK ENTERPRISE ACT OF 1991. Section 232(a) of the Bank Enterprise Act of 1991 (12 U.S.C. 1834(a)) is amended—(1) in the subsection heading, by striking “by Federal Reserve Board”;(2) in paragraph (1)—(A) by striking “The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System,” and inserting “The Comptroller of the Currency”; and(B) by striking “section 7(b)(2)(H)” and inserting “section 7(b)(2)(E)”;(3) in paragraph (2)(A), by striking “Board” and inserting “Comptroller”; and(4) in paragraph (3)—(A) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) through (C) as subparagraphs (B) through (D), respectively; and(B) by inserting before subparagraph (B) the following:“(A) Comptroller.—The term ‘Comptroller’ means the Comptroller of the Currency.”.
