SEC. 375. PUBLIC LAW 93–100. Section 5(d) of Public Law 93–100 (12 U.S.C. 1470(a)) is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation with respect to insured institutions, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System with respect to State member insured banks, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation with respect to State nonmember insured banks” and inserting “appropriate Federal banking agency, with respect to the institutions subject to the jurisdiction of each such agency,”; and(2) in paragraph (2), by striking “supervisory” and inserting “banking”.
