SEC. 1082. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY ACT OF 1974. Effective on the date of enactment of this Act, section 552a of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:“(w) Applicability to Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection.—Except as provided in the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010, this section shall apply with respect to the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection.”.
