SEC. 1087. AMENDMENTS TO THE FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT. The Fair Credit Billing Act (15 U.S.C. 1666–1666j) is amended by striking “Board” each place that term appears, other than in section 105(i) (as added by this subtitle) and inserting “Bureau”.
