RELATED AGENCY Broadcasting Board of Governors international broadcasting operations For an additional amount for “International Broadcasting Operations” for necessary expenses for emergency broadcasting support and other expenses related to Haiti following the earthquake of January 12, 2010, $3,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2011: Provided, That funds appropriated in this paragraph 124 STAT. 2322 may be used to reimburse obligations incurred for the purposes provided herein prior to enactment of this Act.
