UNITED STATES AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Funds Appropriated to the President office of inspector general For an additional amount for “Office of Inspector General” for necessary expenses for oversight of operations and programs in Afghanistan and Pakistan, $3,400,000, to remain available until September 30, 2013. For an additional amount for “Office of Inspector General” for necessary expenses for oversight of emergency relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction aid, and other expenses related to Haiti following the earthquake of January 12, 2010, $4,500,000, to remain available until September 30, 2012: Provided, That up to $1,500,000 of the funds appropriated in this paragraph may be used to reimburse obligations incurred for the purposes provided herein prior to enactment of this Act.
