SEC. 901. AUTHORIZATION OF FISCAL YEAR 2011 MAJOR MEDICAL FACILITY LEASES. The Secretary of Veterans Affairs may carry out the following fiscal year 2011 major medical facility leases at the locations specified, in an amount not to exceed the amount shown for each such location:(1) Billings, Montana, Community Based Outpatient Clinic, in an amount not to exceed $7,149,000.(2) Boston, Massachusetts, Outpatient Clinic, in an amount not to exceed $3,316,000.(3) San Diego, California, Community Based Outpatient Clinic, in an amount not to exceed $21,495,000.(4) San Francisco, California, Research Lab, in an amount not to exceed $10,055,000.(5) San Juan, Puerto Rico, Mental Health Facility, in an amount not to exceed $5,323,000.
