SEC. 809. AUTHORITY FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF MEDICAL DISABILITY EXAMINATIONS BY CONTRACT PHYSICIANS. Section 704(c) of the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (Public Law 108–183; 38 U.S.C. 5101 note), as amended by section 105 of the Veterans’ Benefits Improvement Act of 2008 (Public Law 110–389; 122 Stat. 4149) is amended by striking “December 31, 2010” and inserting “December 31, 2012”.
