SEC. 642. FEASIBILITY STUDY ON ESTABLISHMENT OF FULL EXCHANGE STORE IN THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to Congress a report containing the results of a study to determine the feasibility of replacing the “Shoppette” of the Army and Air Force Exchange Service in the Northern Mariana Islands with a full-service exchange store.
