SEC. 643. CONTINUATION OF COMMISSARY AND EXCHANGE OPERATIONS AT BRUNSWICK NAVAL AIR STATION, MAINE.(a) Continuation of Operations.—The Secretary of Defense shall provide for the continuation of commissary and exchange operations at Brunswick Naval Air Station, Maine, until the later of the following:(1) The closure of Brunswick Naval Air Station.(2) The end of the 60-day period beginning on the date on which the Secretary of Defense makes the determination under subsection (b).(b) Review and Determination.—Not earlier than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall—(1) review any report prepared by the Comptroller General of the United States relating to commissary and exchange operations at Brunswick Naval Air Station, Maine; and(2) based on such review, make a determination regarding whether such operations should be continued.
