SEC. 2902. AUTHORIZED AIR FORCE CONSTRUCTION AND LAND ACQUISITION PROJECT.(a) Outside the United States.—The Secretary of the Air Force may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations or locations outside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table:Air Force: Outside the United States CountryInstallation or LocationAmount OmanAl Musannah$69,000,000 QatarAl Udeid$63,000,000 (b) Authorization of Appropriations.—(1) Outside the united states.—For military construction projects outside the United States authorized by subsection (a), funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 2010, in the total amount of $132,000,000.(2) Unspecified minor military construction projects.—For unspecified minor military construction projects authorized by section 2805 of title 10, United States Code, funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 2010, in the total amount of $49,584,000.(3) Architectural and engineering services and construction design.—For architectural and engineering services and construction design under section 2807 of title 10, United States Code, funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 2010, in the total amount of $13,422,000.
