SEC. 2903. AUTHORIZED DEFENSE WIDE CONSTRUCTION AND LAND ACQUISITION PROJECTS AND AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.(a) Outside the United States.—The Secretary of Defense may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the Defense Agencies for the installations or locations outside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table:Defense Wide: Outside the United States CountryInstallation or LocationAmount Classified LocationClassified Project$41,900,000 (b) Authorization of Appropriations.—(1) Outside the united states.—For military construction projects outside the United States authorized by subsection (a), funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 2010, in the total amount of $41,900,000.(2) Architectural and engineering services and construction design.—For architectural and engineering services and construction design authorized by section 2807 of title 10, United States Code, funds are hereby authorized 124 STAT. 4482 to be appropriated for fiscal years beginning after September 30, 2010, in the total amount of $4,600,000.
