REPORT ON SCHOOL DRUG TESTING.

SEC. 1116. REPORT ON SCHOOL DRUG TESTING. (a) Report Requirement.—The Director of National Drug Control Policy shall prepare a report on drug testing in schools. The report shall include a list of secondary schools that have initiated drug testing from among those schools that have attended conferences on drug testing sponsored by the Office of National Drug Control Policy. (b) Deadline.—Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Drug Control Policy shall submit to Congress the report required under subsection (a).
