REPORT ON ONDCP PERFORMANCE BONUSES.

SEC. 1117. REPORT ON ONDCP PERFORMANCE BONUSES. (a) Report Requirement.—The Director of National Drug Control Policy shall prepare a report on performance bonuses at the Office of National Drug Control Policy. The report shall include a list of employees who received performance bonuses, and the amount of such bonuses, for the period beginning on October 1, 2004, and ending on the date of submission of the report. (b) Deadline.—Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Drug Control Policy shall submit to Congress the report required under subsection (a).
